  • We Notarize Vehicle title transfers — including cars, motorhomes, and boats. A vehicle title can be notarized by the owner, without having to identify a buyer. Only the signature of the seller must be notarized. Sign the vehicle title with blue or black ink while the notary is in attendance.

Tip: Make sure the signature is consistent to the one on your ID card. For example, if you include your middle name or a suffix on your ID card, make sure you do the same on the title.

  • Yes (even if the title says otherwise), but it’s not recommended. This is called an open title. If a title doesn’t have the buyer’s name, anyone who has physical possession of the title is legally the owner of the vehicle. It’s like signing a check but not filling in the “pay to…” line; anyone could write their name in. It’s the seller’s responsibility to ensure the title is filled out correctly by writing the buyer’s name and address and the vehicle’s mileage (odometer reading) at time of sale.

  • Each Notarized signature usually takes about 5-7 minutes.

  • We offer mobile notary services in order to make signing your documents as easy as possible for you.

Anywhere you are comfortable signing, we can make that happen. Whether it be at your own home, or your local coffee shop, we will get your documents signed.

  • I am NOT a lawyer. I am NOT allowed to give legal advice or be paid for legal advice. Most notary publics in the USA are not lawyers.

  • Mobile notaries are required to keep the process confidential and secure.

  • No. A power of attorney automatically terminates upon death.
